Ironwood Tavern: Where Flavor Meets Fun in Evans, GA

First time visitors......place was packed so I was hoping there was a reason! Yup there was, the food was amazing! Fish & Chips was the best I ever had, fresh Mahi with a perfect thick battered breading cooked perfect with seasoned fries. The March Patty Smashed reuben burger special was something I bet you have never had before, freaking great! The table next to us had a Pepperoni pizza that was making my mouth water! Can't wait to go back......oh ya, service was great! Friendly staff good prices, great atmosphere. Family friendly place!

1st time here, LOVED IT !! Has some beers and had Tavern pepperoni pizza...OMG!! AWESOME !! Ordered cheese curds appetizer, AWESOME!! Definitely will go back, small but great Tavern and Grill. Great place to hang with Friends

We recently dined at Ironwood Tavern for the first time and our group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our experience. It was only a few days prior to Christmas and the restaurant was quite busy. Their pizza selection includes some unique combinations that you won't find elsewhere. And my shrimp 'n grits included at least 10 good size breaded shrimp plus some of their fried green beans, so it was a little different than your typical shrimp n' grits. We took home 1 serving of their gingerbread bread pudding and it more than satisfied all 4 of us. We look forward to our next visit.

This isn't my first time. All other times my food has been great, always had great service, and I love the atmosphere. Are the waiters young and sometimes unbothered, sure, but does it bother me? No, not really, I've never had bad service. The food has always been pretty good until last night. I've never had a pizza from them and decided to try. I was torn between the Pesto and Bulgogi, and since Bulgogi isn't something I have on a regular basis, I said let me try it. Well, the flavor was great, the level of saltiness was 1000. Not sure if it was supposed to be like that, and I didn't bring it to the waiters attention. The cheese curds were yummy, no complaints, but I would not order that pizza again. I do want to mention though that I will try another pizza because the dough, the actual crust was amazing.

During our trip to Evans, GA, we stumbled upon this restaurant. At first glance, the pictures and menu didn’t impress me much. But wow, this place blew me away! We ordered pizzas and burgers , and they were incredible!!! I was totally speechless when I took my first bite of their FRIED Mac and cheese burger—seriously, what even is that? Ufff, it was a flavor explosion. As for the pizzas, the margarita one was my least favorite all the other ones were good.

Food was very good for a tavern. We had the birria pizza and fried Mahi Mahi, and it was outstanding. The Mahi Mahi could use a little spice but still delicious. Lily was an outstanding server.

I had to check for myself to acknowledge if the hype was real. Upon observing the menu for “Bulgogi Pizza” and the “Elote corn ribs” -(November special only) both captured the flavors I was anticipating. I do have to say the elote corn ribs should stay as a permanent menu item as opposed to a seasonal item. Everything was DELICIOUS and when ever I crave a good pizza, I’ll know where to get it from. The service and the vibes were great. Now if y’all can get on DOOR DASH I will love you even more!! lol 100/100! The HYPE is real and the yum very delicious!!

The food was wonderful and their seasonal butterbeer was so awesome! Our server was friendly and had great recommendations. Everything was awesome!
